Personal Resilience

Personal Resilience Packages are a series of One to One meetings between you and I. These are usually in person, but can happen over Zoom if you prefer. They are a resource within which we will measure your resilience as it presently is, I will work with you to develop strategies to optimise your resileince and you will be equipped to take accountability and to manage your wellbeing for your future. 

This coaching is confidential, future-focused and non-judgemental. 



A Workshop for You

The Wraw ‘Resilient You’ Workshop is designed for working people who want to take meaningful steps to improve their resilience and wellbeing, outside of the workplace or organisational setting.   These are small group workshops where you will:
  • learn about what resilience really is
  • measure and better understand your own resilience
  • learn about how your resilience links to healthy high performance
  • understand how you respond when you're in crisis, or under strain
  • how to restore yourself when this happens
Most importantly, you'll be empowered to take accountability for your own resilience and wellbeing.

The course runs over 3 hours and includes the cost of a Wraw Snapshot Report which is you will complete online in advance of the workshop. 

Drawing on the results of your personal Snapshot report, you will build a unique insight into the 5 key sources of resilience (the pillars) and gain an accurate measure of your own strengths and development areas.

You will learn practical strategies, tactics and tools to bolster each pillar, giving you the resilience you need to respond positively to the various pressures and demands of your own particular environment.

Personal results remain confidential unless participants choose to share their reports.
